Ayrshire & Wigtownshire Campaigns
At the 2022 AGM, members agreed on the following three campaigning targets. They are as follows:
Encourage members to visit pubs and clubs when they feel it is safe to do so, to score beers, submit WhatPub updates and to encourage licensees to offer real ale. Use pub scoring data to inform us of the pub’s/club’s eligibility for GBG entry and assist in improving beer quality.
Consider having a CAMRA presence at local events.
Encourage pubs to be more active on social media and to consider using a beer finder app, e.g. Real Ale Finder.
